Custom Frame Design
We can design a frame around an engine or specific design parameters such as tooling, ie specific bend radius. Here is an example of an arrowhead swingarm frame for Buell sportster engines with a twin loop design. Designed around 3" CLR bending dies and 1" chromoly tubing.
Sheetmetal Design
Here is an example of "mind into metal." A special customer came up with a design and I was commissioned to turn that design into a reality. Sketches were made and a final CAD model was designed before production began.

Handlebar Design
If you want to get a custom set of handlebars, we are able to digitally design them and show you how they are going to look on a digital mockup of a similar bike.
