POLICIES & RETURNS

  • Estimated Completion:
    Delivery timelines will be provided based on the complexity of the project. Delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen issues, but we’ll keep you updated.

  • Final Payment:

    Full payment is required before delivery or pick-up of the completed motorcycle.

  • Pick-up or Delivery:

    You can either pick up your motorcycle from our shop or arrange for delivery at an additional cost.

  • Customer Responsibility:

    Once the work is finished, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the bike or arrange delivery within 7 days. Otherwise storage fees will apply for bikes left longer.

  • Shipping:

    If shipping is required, we work with Australia Post. If you want to use another carrier I'm happy for you to arrange that. Shipping fees and insurance will be charged to the customer.

  • Returns:
    Should you encounter any issues with fitment, product quality, or have any other concerns, please reach out to us at info@spreadcheese.com.au

When you buy my products, you acknowledge that modifying a motorcycle is inherently risky and may increase the chance of injury or even death.
 

When purchasing from this site you agree to accept full responsibility for those risks, and you waive any right to legal claims against Spread Cheese for injury or accidents resulting from part failure or issues with our fabricated or cast products.
 

We take every precaution to ensure top quality, but due to the handmade nature of our parts and the handmade nature of your bikes once you bolt my parts to your bike you take responsibility for your own modifications. 
 

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Check your local laws for legal modification to vehicles.

We are happy to work with engineers and VASS certified bodies to provide NSW engineering certificates for modified vehicles. This comes at an extra cost.
